  • was founded in 1956 as a full-service market research agency by Dr. Emil Bruckert.





  • offers its own field with more than 800 face-to-face and CATI interviewers.

    About 250 of whom are specialising in difficult targets like pharmaceutical or business-to-business research.





  • conducts international surveys in co-operation with its partner agencies.





  • has CATI-facilities equipped with the newest Soft- (Nipo®) and Hardware. The multimedia capabilities of the system enable not only to play spots, slogans or similar while interviewing, but also to record digitised responses, e.g. answers to open-ended questions.





  • is member of ADM, BVM and ESOMAR and is active in numerous committees of ADM and BVM as case advisory, e.g. for establishing quality standards or developing market research standards.
